How much to dig you in?

This strong man (in his 50s) came in for a massage. The conversation was short as the time was getting late. - "Give me a discount so I can come back... this is the first time I come here..." ...bla bla...

After explaining how the massage would take place, he was disappointed that it was not the way he wanted due to the amount he was going to pay.

He undressed and laid down.  

- "I'm enjoying it, you know it well... If I'd known it was like this... undress yourself... show your body..."  

As he rolled over on his back he said: - "How much to dig you in?"

For a moment it crossed my mind, death has come for a massage and already has a hole for me... (and I laughed with this idea).  

While getting dressed he said that he liked the massage and that:

-"Yes, it was worth it..."

On his way out and as he thought I hadn't heard the first time, he spoke straightforward. 

-"How much do you charge for sex?"  

I replied - "There is no such service in here!" 

- "Since you hadn't answered before, I thought... asking doesn't offend... right?..."  

Yeah, it seems to me that certain questions are unnecessary, but each one knows best.
