Pelvic Floor Exercises
- Bananas: Rich in potassium, they help improve blood circulation, essential for stronger erections.
- Nuts and seeds: Almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds are great for sexual health as they are rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants.
- Garlic: Has vasodilatory properties, helping to improve blood flow.
- Ginger: It can improve blood circulation, which is vital for firmer erections.
- Honey: Contains antioxidants and is a good source of quick energy.
- Berries (such as strawberries and raspberries): Rich in flavonoids that improve circulation and cardiovascular health, which can improve erectile function.
- Zinc
- Pumpkin seed oil (1000mg 1x daily, or 500mg 2x daily with food)
- Saw palmetto (320mg 1x daily, or 160mg 2x daily)
- Cooked tomatoes or tomato puree (ripe tomatoes, cook, freeze and remove little by little and eat with olive oil at every meal, every day).

- Reduce stress: Stress negatively affects erections, so it's essential to find ways to relax and unwind.
- Get a good night's sleep: Quality sleep is essential for sexual health and body recovery.
- Maintain a healthy weight: Being overweight can affect circulation and reduce the production of hormones essential for a strong erection.
Teas:
- Nettle (1 tablespoon of nettle tea for each cup, leave to infuse for 20 minutes, 3 times a day)
- Little Leaf Willow
- Ironwood or Jucá
- Horsetail
- Stone breaker
- Ingredients: 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced
- 1 piece of fresh ginger, sliced (with skin)
- 1/2 lemon cut into pieces (with peel)
- 500ml of water
Recipe 6 - Watermelon Seed Tea
Ingredients:
- Dried and crushed watermelon seeds
- 1 liter of water
Preparation method: Boil the water with the crushed seeds, strain and drink throughout the day.
Recipe 5 - Morning Energizer
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 glass of warm water
Preparation method: Mix well and drink one glass in the morning and another before bed.
Recipe 4 - Soursop Infusion
Ingredients:
- 10 fresh or dried soursop leaves
- 1 liter of water
- Honey (optional)
Preparation method: Boil the water and add the leaves. Cover and let infuse for 10-15 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day after meals.
Recipe 3 - Cotton Leaf Infusion
Ingredients:
- 20 fresh cotton plant leaves
- 200ml of water
Preparation method: Place the leaves and water in the blender. Strain the liquid. Store and take 2 tablespoons morning and afternoon for 20 days.
Recipe 2 - Energizing Coffee with Ginger
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon peeled and broken ginger
- 1 tablespoon of ground coffee
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 200ml hot water
Preparation method: Mix all the ingredients well in the hot water. Strain and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
Recipe 1 - Chamomile and Culantro Infusion
Ingredients:
- 500ml of water
- 4 culantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons sweet chamomile
- 1 lemon or lime, sliced with skin
Preparation method: Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 1 cup 3 times a week, in the morning on an empty stomach. Save the rest to drink throughout the week.
