MASSAGE

SUPPLEMENTS
Zinc
Pumpkin seed oil (1000mg 1x daily, or 500mg 2x daily with food)
Saw palmetto (320mg 1x daily, or 160mg 2x daily)
TEAS
Nettle (1 tablespoon of nettle tea for each cup, leave to infuse for 20 minutes, 3 times a day)
Small Willow Leaf
Pau-ferro or Jucá

tomatoes or tomato puree (ripe tomatoes, cook, freeze and remove little

RECIPES for prostate

4 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced
1 piece of fresh ginger, sliced, unpeeled
1/2 lemon cut into pieces with peel, well washed
500ml of water
Bring to a boil, then leave for 5-7 minutes.
Wait for it to cool or add some ice cubes, strain.
Take: 200ml warm every morning, add honey if desired

In a glass of warm water, add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
Stir well until everything dissolves.
Take 1 glass in the morning and 1 glass before bed.

1 tablespoon of ground coffee
1 tablespoon honey
200ml hot water
Mix everything well
Strain and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.

4 culantro leaves
2 tablespoons sweet chamomile
1 lemon or 1 lime, sliced with peel
Bring to a boil and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Strain and drink 1 cup 3 times a week, in the morning on an empty stomach.
Save the rest and drink it.

Dry watermelon seeds
Crush into powder
1 tablespoon
1 liter of water
Boil, strain and drink throughout the day.

10 fresh or dried soursop leaves
1 liter of water
Honey (if desired)
Boil the water, add the leaves as soon as the water boils, cover and let it infuse for 10-15 minutes.
Strain and sweeten with honey and drink warm 2 to 3 cups a day, after meals.

Liquefy in the blender, strain it
