I believe the body heals when it’s heard. That’s why every session starts with a conversation: about how you feel, what’s worrying you, what needs to change. From there, we build a simple path of small lifestyle adjustments, and massage comes in as a consequence, to amplify relaxation and help the body release tension.
I work with men in particular, because much of what I treat comes from conversations about intimacy, confidence, and men’s health that rarely find space to be spoken out loud elsewhere. That’s the reason this space exists: to talk openly, be heard, and leave with small changes that make a real difference, starting from the very first session.
