What was surprising about this client was the fact that he drank a lot of water some days.

Usually when I ask my clients if they drink water, many say they don't like it, some say they don't remember to drink it, or if they do, they spend their lives in the bathroom, or because of the water their feet swell...

This tells me that the water isn't entering in the cells where it should.

Perhaps because they drunk in large quantities at once, or they drink cold water, or drink water at the wrong times.

This one, however, drinks about 6 liters. That's why he spends his life in the bathroom, which isn't surprising. But also, the water that should be entering the cells isn't doing its job, in short, it's not doing its job and isn't benefiting the body at all. Water should be drunk sip by sip at the right times, between meals.

We need water daily, but before each glass of water, it's advisable to put a few grains of Celtic or Himalayan salt on your tongue and then drink it.
