I never knew that

This man in his 40s came to relax a bit. He was overweight, had a belly, and appeared worn out.

When we spoke, he mentioned that he'd been going to bed late and getting up early because his cell phone rang damn early.

His water intake was low, less than 1 liter per day, and when it was. A man weighing 90 kilos should drink about three times as much, considering he drank coffee, which dehydrates.

As we talked, he realized the importance of drinking water. What the lack of it entailed, and the implications for his health and well-being.
