Sorry I didn't answer your message

This client came a few months ago to try a massage. He was in pain from his hard work in construction.

Despite being in his 50s, he still worked hard. Short and thin, his body showed signs of wear and tear from his daily work.

His first visit was short, with little conversation, suspicious and with eagle's eyes. He later said that he enjoyed it.

After a few days, I messaged him to see if he was okay and how his body was feeling. I received no answer.

Time passed, and he booked another appointment.

As soon as he arrived, he apologized for not responding to my message. He stated that he enjoyed it last time, even though his body was a little sore the next day, but that was a good feeling.

Also, the well-being sensations he felt from the massage lasted for a few weeks.

And since he liked it, he came back!

This time the conversation was a little longer, he was relaxed and at ease. He talked about how he was the last generation of Portuguese construction workers.

The next would be Brazilians, Indians, and Pakistanis. It was with regret that he said this. According to him, the Portuguese work well, the Brazilians are so-so, the Indians and the like are difficult, as the language is a major obstacle.

Now he spoke of his past experiences with other masseuses and mentioned that the fact that I was Portuguese was important to him, other nationalities he had encountered seemed insincere.

This time the massage was better because he trusted me.

He left thanking me and saying he would be back shortly. According to him, these moments were a relief for his body, and allowed him to continue his hard work.

It's important to allow the body to heal, specially if the work done is hard. Long bathtubs are the best to help the body, and to relax. Also a hot water bottle helps a lot, applying it to where it hurts and leave it overnight.
